If a product is damaged or defective, you must notify us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your lashes to be eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding Holidays.
We offer free shipping to the contiguous United States only.
Once the package has left our facility, we are not liable for any damaged, delayed, or lost packages.
